FAQ - I tried to log in and it says the account is banned

❓ I tried to log in and it says my account is banned

This message usually appears when your account hasn’t been activated yet after registration.

📨 Step 1: Check your email

Right after creating your account, the system sends a confirmation email with an activation link.

  • Check your main inbox.

  • If you don’t see it, look in your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders.

🔗 Step 2: Activate your account

Click the confirmation link in the email.
Your account will be automatically activated in the system.

✅ Step 3: Log in again

After confirming your registration, go back to the website and log in normally.
The “account banned” message will disappear.


💡 Tip:
If the email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, try resending the confirmation link or make sure you entered your email address correctly during signup.
